Apache 2.0.52 module problems

I have installed a 3rd party module.

I received a error message
Starting httpd: Syntax error on line 190 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /cognos/c8/cgi-bin/mod2_cognos.so into server: libhttpdap2_stub.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

line 190 in httpd.conf
LoadModule cognos_module /cognos/c8/cgi-bin/mod2_cognos.so

Please help

To solve this problem

I used the following command

ldconfig -l {PATH OF WHERE MODULE IS LOADED}

I had a similar problem. However,the solution you posted didn't work for me for some reason. But springboarding off that, I defined a config file down in /etc/ld.so.conf.d that just pointed to the directory I wanted, then ran ldconfig (as root) and the problem resolved itself. Thanks for the tip!

filename: cognos.conf
contents: /opt/cognos/c8/cgi-bin
