Apache 1.3 configuration directives
 

ok, i had previously installed apache2 and mod_perl2 on my rh9 box... i removed them because i couldn't get them to work the way i needed them to.. so i went back to the suggested apache 1.3.28 - anyway, after i removed httpd by using rpm -e httpd.x.x.x and reinstalling it via red hat installation disks i was able to finally start the apache server w/out the Apache 1.3 configuration directives found error.. i was able to open the apache test page and everything.... now i edit the httpd.conf file and i try to restart the service and it kicks back the same error... it wants me to read the documentation for migrating from apache 1 to apache 2... any ideas???
