AOL, Linux? Dialer

I know Linspire has an AOL dialer, but I refuse to install that Distro on any of my boxes.... it's just wrong.

That being said.
I am letting someone use one of my machines, as theirs ate itself, and in the process of me fixing it, they need a computer..

They are stuck on Dial-Up in a rural area, and are forced to use AOL (through no fault of their own).... My question is this:

Do all PPP programs support AOL, or, Can I dail into AOL like any other ISP though KPPP?
I checked sourceforge, and I found one other program that says it supports AOL, but haven't tried it yet... don't wanna go around installing stuff I don't need.

So, if anyone knows. that would be agreat big help....
