anyway to open folder in same window in gnome?

is there anyway to open a folder in gnome without opening another window all the time? I want to click on a folder and use the same window instead of always opening a new window to that folder. i use fc3 and 4 btw.

In nautilus, click Edit > Preferences... then the option is on the second tab. Or you could shange your shortcuts to point to nautilus --browser

You can also use the configuration editor. Go to menu->system settings->configuration editor->apps->nautilus->preferences
And select always use browser.

Cheers!
