Anyone Update to Latest Chrome Browser?

I have Chrome Browser 40.0.2214.93 which was just released about a week ago. Today I was offered version 40.0.2214.94 (these are the Stable Releases)

Looking at http://googlechromereleases.blogspot...update_30.html

There seems to be an unusual amount of comments with odd general problems (can't even load a page, etc). Just seems odd to me and I am hesitant to update yet.

Wanted to see if anyone has updated on linux and if there were any problems?

I am on Xubuntu 14.04

I am using this version: 40.0.2214.95 (64-bit) and haven't noticed any problems.

no issues here -- Version 40.0.2214.95 (64-bit) on Debian Jessie

edit, looks like they are fixing issues; it updated to Version 40.0.2214.111 (64-bit) a few moments ago.

No, not a typo. it's ...95 (ninety-five). I'm also using Debian Testing.

Updates to Chrome arriving thick and fast. I'm now on 40.0.2214.111 (64-bit).
I think the answer to your problem is to update more frequently.

Thanks for replying everyone. As you noted they came out with 40.0.2214.111 so I did update to that with no problems.

For what it is worth I use the "Canary" version of Chrome on Sid and, while I tend to use it for NetFlix mostly, I find it less likely to mess up than Firefox Nightly (my prefered browser).
