If you look around on this site, you'll find quite a few using it: it came installed on a netbook they got. And they're all having trouble! It's horrible. It's also commercial: the free download is a very cut-down version.
What's wrong with Pinguy? For a straight Gnome 3 on a Debian base, the competition is Arios and Parsix, and there's not much to choose between the three.
It came pre-installed on my Aspire One (2008 or so). It did what it was made for (netbook work) and that was enough for me; I never did any real configuration or adding of software etc. The reason why I removed it was an anticipated kernel update that did not come through within a reasonable time while my other systems were (already) patched.
