Anyone get Skipstone web browser to install properly?

I tried to install it, but it does work. Downloaded the binary.tar.gz file and did 'make' than 'make install.'

but when i run it, it gives me this:

$ skipstone
No url file to read
No History file to read!

** CRITICAL **: file mozilla.cpp: line 894 (gboolean mozilla_save_prefs()): assertion `prefService != nsnull' failed.
Creating a crash recovery file
It looks like Skipstone is respawning too fast.
Check your moz-embed, it could be faulty.

** CRITICAL **: file mozilla.cpp: line 894 (gboolean mozilla_save_prefs()): assertion `prefService != nsnull' failed.

Any ideas?

Using Redhat 9.
