Any suggestions for a CMS? Would use largely for ftp.

My website is hosted on a linux box that I have very little authority on. However, it does run mysql and php.
I would like to setup a content management system that would provide user friendly ftp functionality with some user security. I'm thinking, create users and grant access to directories all via a web interface.
Anything like that exist out there?
Most of the CMS packages I have seen provide lots of forum/blog functionality, but not much for file upload and retrieval.
I am hoping for a web based system so I can minimize user training and the 'user' confusion that comes with a standard ftp software that has all directory visibility.
The other requirement (call me a dreamer) is simple install.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Not sure exactly what you want, but Typo3 might work:

Give it a shot!
