Any Substitute for CST Microwave Suite?

As above.

It does not work in ubuntu. My wine loader doesnt mean to get anything right.

Um, according to the company web site (in the technical specifications section) their solvers run under RHEL, so they would most likely run under any Fedora version, and might work with Ubuntu (directly, not under WINE). Have you asked you vendor about a Linux version?
