Any programs to rename a image to it's EXIF date ?

in windows there is this nifty utility "SetNametoTime" ( .. wich will rename a Image to it's exif date

is there anything liek that for linux ?

I don't know of any but you could easily write a script to do it with the help of ImageMagick's identify program:
identify -verbose somefile.jpg
