Any place for stackworks IRM help?

Stackworks IRM seems to be a good product - just what I'm looking for. Unfortunately, I am having some trouble installing. As far as I can tell, stackworks has:

- no forums
- no contact information
- p!ss-poor documentation

Maybe I'm wrong. Does anybody know where I can get any help with IRM?

http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=45935 is the help forum on Sourceforge for this project.

http://www.stackworks.net/wiki/moin.cgi/FrontPage is the wiki

http://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=14522 are the mailing lists.

They have plenty of support it seems.
