please tell , or provide the appropriate rpms for
red hat enterprise Linux 5
vlc or any media player rpms are most Well-come..........

Please Google for such things, as there are MANY media players for Linux, such as:

Mplayer
Amarok
xmms
Totem
Kaffeine
Banshee

and probably lots more I can't name off the top of my head.

When you say that you are "sorry if question is repeated." you should know that it was; you had posted the same question in the same forum with a slightly altered title one minute earlier. Maybe you have the attention span of a goldfish...or, perhaps more charitably, you made a mistake.

You could setup the DAG yum repo and install mplayer, xine, vlc etc.
