another wine question

I've googled and searched forums to no end, and still have not got anything to run under wine. For some reason I can install just fine (Warcraft 3, StarCraft, Diablo, FF7) but when I go to run the software I get an unable to find source cdrom, insert disc then click okay. Its weird wine finds the cdrom for the installation but won't find it when I try to run the software. Its the same problem with everything I've tried to run under wine. There must be a quick resolve for this problem...I'm at ends. Any help would be appriciated.
