Another Annoying Wine Configuration problem thread

I get this when I try to run NOTEPAD.EXE using Wine version 05052004 (most recent)

[ken@localhost WINDOWS]$ wine NOTEPAD.EXE
When you are running with a native NT directory specify
'Profile=<profiledirectory>' or disable loading of Windows
registry (LoadWindowsRegistryFiles=N)
err:module:load_builtin_dll failed to load .so lib for builtin L"x11drv.dll": cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Could not load graphics driver 'x11drv'
err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"C:\\WINDOWS\\NOTEPAD.EXE" failed, status c0000142

I know it's configured wrong and I have winesetuptk, but I have no idea what to change. Thanks for your help! I know you guys get sick of seeing these Wine problem threads.
