Animated Gif Editor???


I'm having a really hard time finding one. I just need some thing to make smilies and stuff. Can anybody recomend one?

Hi,

The GIMP has the ability to do this, though it is not too intuitive. See
http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/Simple_Animations/
