Android remote installation

Hello,

I am developing an Android app at my office computer and I want to connect to that computer from my home download the app and install it on my smartphone. Does anybody know any simple way to do that?
Please excuse me if my question sounds stupid but I am quite new to Android development and i am not very familiar with all the software.

Thank you.

You might have more luck posting on a dedicated Android forum.
