An X ftp client that has Move capability (into the same ftp) ?

You can have a look at the CrossFTP client for the move and FXP functions.

Krusader?
It is a 2-pane Norton Commander (or Midnight Commander if you wish) alike file manager for KDE. You can make an ftp connection to a server and copy/move files as if on the local disk.
