What do the numbers really mean in the transfers window?

Sources 28+7(5) ......what does each number mean

also what is the small green symbol to the left of some filenames

28 sources 7 online 5 connected i would presume

Actually,

28 - got the file, but disconnected
7 - connected, waiting in queue
5 - downloading from
