aMSN

I'm thinking about downloading aMSN, but, on their website they say that the distributions may not include the latest version of aMSN in their package managers so it's best to use their installer.
Problem is to use the installer I need to have "Tcl/Tk 8.5 final version" but I don't know what this is to have it.
Is it a previous version?

Starting the program, I clicked "Check for newer version" and it says there are no newer versions, so don't worry about that.

But is that tcl thing another version or something?
