If running 'yum provides \*libgnomebreakpad.so\* : returns' doesn't return package "bug-buddy" check if you can install a version >= 2.20.1 which contains libgnomebreakpad.so and libbreakpad.so, apparently: "The environment variable GTK_MODULES is set by gnome-session at log in time, and if gnomebreakpad is installed then "gnomebreakpad" is added to GTK_MODULES. By doing this
all GTK programs will load libgnomebreakpad.so upon execution, this works similarly to LD_PRELOAD. libgnomebreakpad.so simply registers a signal handler for SEGV's and traps them, and launches bug-buddy to display a crash dialog, thus informing the user that an application has crashed. It attempts to gather debug information using gdb, dbx or pstack depending on what's available to the user.". If that doesn't work for you first check the F8 bug tracker for possible fixes.
