amarok total time
Hi all,

In xmms playlist, it shows you the current track's time, as well as the total time for all the songs currently on the playlist. This is useful for me to know how many songs i can put on my minidisc

But i can't find the same thing on amarok. I've searched in the playlist, and the player window, and i can't find where it shows the total time for all the music in the current playlist..

Does amarok have this feature? If so, how can i bring it up?

Hi, I am using amarok 1.2.3 and I have a "window" below the spectrum analyzer in the form of
"XX Tracks - [H:M:S]" that I guess was there by default. Maybe you should upgrade to the latest version.

Hmm, i'm using 1.2.3 too, but i can't see the 'window'.. =/

Maby its something i have disabled.. or maby its the theme (reinhardt) i'm using..

Ah, I enabled "show statusbar" in settings, and now i can see the total time in the playlist.

Thanks =) it seems that was the problem.

You can do that, but that should be on by default. Amarok has alot of bugs. It is a sweet looking program but it is hardly bug free. On their website in their forums they have people screaming like crazy about how much it crashes. The admin on the boards has actually attacked the users that are complaining. He's been very rude and completely anti-customer.
