Amarok Playback issue

I feel rediculously stupid for even having to ask this. Ok so I just upgraded from an older ubuntu studio to fedora11. This means I am now using amarok 2. Well for some reason Amarok seems to only want to play one track at a time. I will load a play list. Set it to playing the first one and it will play it. but then when it gets done it will stop until I tell it to play the next one explicitly. How do I get it to just keep playing?

I had a similar problem with Amarok (not exactly the same). I finally realized I needed to delete the Amarok user information from my home directory -- that's /home/(user)/kde/share/apps/amarok for a KDE user -- after which Amarok rescanned my music collection and came back to life.

If you don't see the Amarok files where I have indicated, you can search for them this way:

$ cd ~

$ find . -iname "*amarok*"

I had experienced a glitch in which a new Amarok version choked on the old version's configuration files. You may be experiencing the same, or a similar, conflict.
