Alternative to Quicktime and Windows Media Player
 

Hi,

I'm viewing some websites that requires Windows Media Player and some requires Quicktime. Just wondering if there are any alternative players out there that will work as a stand alone and also as a plugin for Mozilla?

Mplayer (http://www.mplayerhq.hu/homepage/). Make sure you compile with all the codecs if you want support for quicktime and WMP. There's pretty good documentation on the site for compiling the program and installing the mozilla plugin.
