Question Alternative to MS Access Database.

Is there a Linux alternative to MS Access available ?

I built a database for work in Access, and that is about the last tie I have to Windows...sure would like to be rid of Windows completely.

postgresql, mysql (ugh!), firebird.

None have the GUI, if that's what you wanted, but there is plenty of Apache support.

Not a comparable equivalent in terms of an ordinary desktop database package, but you can data source from Open Office.
