Alternative of password spreadsheets

Hi,
What could be the best alternatives of password management. Keeping password protected spreadsheets becomes difficult when it have to be accessed by a group of people.

You could use group permission controls to only allow certain people to read the spreadsheets. There's lots of pages on permission settings. How are they accessing it (a samba share, ftp share, NIS, etc)?

I believe what he is asking for is a way to manage passwords: I.e, he is using a protected spreadsheet with peoples passwords on it currently.

In that case, this is the program for you.

Keepass for windows

Each database only has one password, mind you, so you have to break up passwords into groups. Such as the "Administration Database" for only administrators, "Regular Users" for regular users and so on... At least thats what I see other people do.
