alsamixer -> change 'headphones' to 'line-out'

As the title says I'm trying to change the 'headphone' port to a 'line-out' port. I was able to do this in Windows, but it doesn't look like I have the option in alsamixer, even when I display all mixers.

The reason I need to do this is because my headphone port on my laptop is right next to the HDD; using the lower impedance headphone output I get EMI from the HDD, but using the higher impedance line-out output eliminates that for me.

Any ideas on how to get it set to line-out?
