Alsaconf is missing?

Hi guys, once again I am having sound problems. But, I think I have found the real problem this time. alsaconf seems to be missing. I ran a huge search for it (find / alsaconf) and found nothing. Yes, I switched to root before trying the command. But all I get is
Code:
alsaconf: No such file or directory
This is really starting to get on my nerves. Is there a way to install it? If not, then what will I have to do? Was my installation corrupt?
Thanks,
-Sloik

since you're running fc3 you might try

# yum install alsa-lib alsa-utils

then try alsaconf

good luck

Exclamation

Thanks for the reply, however, when I run the command, It loads all the repositories and stuff, and then shows
Code:
Nothing to do
Which I presume means that I already have the specified packages. Maybe I should reinstall them?
