fuzzyworm Member Registered: Sep 2003 Location: Stroud, UK Distribution: Kubuntu, Debian Posts: 149 Rep:	ALSA sound audio issue resolved - You may find this useful Hello, after much playing around with ALSA settings, and following my (now slightly outdated, but mostly useful) tutorial: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...75#post1359975 I still couldn't get sound working. (NOTE: the file layout for blacklist has changed in recent debian versions) After a bit more playing around, I noticed that the "headphone jack sense" was switched on in the mixer, turning this off made the sound work. I hope this is of use to someone.
