ALSA kernel 2.6 parameters
 

Hi,
I've just upgraded to kernel 2.6.1. I was looking in Documentation/kernel-parameters.txt to find out how to set dxs_support=1 to mia via8235-based soundcard... but there was no help about it. it just said that the documentation was missing... the parameter however seems to be snd-via82xx= ... but what value should i enter then? thanks and sorry 4 my bad english.

ok... i solved half the problem
looking in alsa sources from kenel 2.6.1 i found out that i have to pass the parameter snd-via82xx=dxs_support... but it doesn't work (and i should have expected it)... however how can i tell him to disable this support??? (like using option dxs_support=2 when loading the module) CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE?
