alsa


i i have installed alsa and it works

alsa mixer dosn't!

can anyone help

umm, maybe if you told us at least some of the following.
  • the error you get
  • how you installed alsa
  • do you have alsa-libs
  • how do you know the drivers work if you cant use the mixer as all channels are muted by default.
perhaps you should read the "how to ask a good question" guide.
