Adding ets-game:// as protocol in Galeon

i have recently installed Enemy Territory, i can play on the internet, i can use COGS to authenticate my computer with the Bigpond game servers

however, in windows, when using the cogs client clicking a link on the bigpond game server's page will launch enemy territory and automatically connect to the IP

eg

ets-game://127.0.0.1 would launch ET and connect to 127.0.0.1

how do i add protocols to galeon specifically the ets-game:// protocol?
