adding a menu choice in GDM


i was wonderin how do i change the session menu in GDM? i want to add a session for garnome.

I searched a lot but I can solve my problem...

I use Slackware. To add a new Session under GDM I add a new file under /etc/X11/gdm/Sessions, right? Wrong... it simply DON'T work. Some idea?

im hvaing a problem similar to wolf clan's problem i add a session script in /etc/X11/gdm/sessions and well, it doesnt show up but when i install a new window manager from RPM and it adds a new script and it magicly shows up.

The session file need to be executable...

i know it goes like this kinda
" !#/bin/bash
exec /root/gnome-session"
or something like that

I don't believe you need /root before gnome-session so just
#!/bin/bash
exec gnome-session than chmod +x to make it executable
