ActiveX -=and=- eXeem

I found out about suprnova.org about 6 months before it went down. i had been useing it for that time. when i found out it was down i also saw that there was a new prog called eXeem to replace it. its a windows prog so i used wine, installed it, and tried to run it. when i did this error came up

This application is requesting an ActivX browser object
but the Mozilla Active X control is currently not installed. Do you wish to download
and install it?

when i clicked "Yes" the window closed and nothing happened. i assume it was looking for IE and couldn't find it. im not sure. anyway what is it that i need and how do i get it.

im running mandrake 10.1 on an averate 3150. im kind of a noob so please keep that in mind.

from my knowledge ActiveX is a microsoft product and you can't get it running on linux - i haven't looked too much into it but this is what i've heard.

though.... i just googled for it and found this link
http://www.iol.ie/~locka/mozilla/mozilla.htm
I hope it helps you...
