Unhappy Acrobat Reader 7.0

Aloha all,

I'm using debian Etch/Sid and I've downloaded .tar.gz and installed acrobat reader. I've never used it before on linux.
How can I set it up to open pdf's each in it's own window (instance)... I've gone through all possible options and couldn't find anything.... From what I hear from other people, that should be default behavior, but it's not in my case, it opens all documents in same MDI window.

It looks that's just how it is...they don't even have ctrl-tab or alt-tab implemented......

The only options are selecting the window from the menu---or alt-w-<window#>

Fedora 6/Acrobat 7.0 Problems

I am using Fedora 6; first downloaded the Acrobat rpm; and finally downloaded the tarball. In both instances, everything installed, but when I created a launcher on my desktop, nothing happend, not even an error message.

Has anyone had a similar experience.
