access Windows partitions from Fedora Core 2?

I remember a long time ago, when I used Redhat Enterprise Linux 9, I can access and view contents of Windows' partitions. Now, I just installed Fedora Core 2 and have no idea why I can't access those Windows Partitions or where. Is there some requirements - or any packages?

You probably mean Red Hat 9, not Red Hat Enterprise...the latest version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux is 3.
