Access denied when saving rpms to disk
I'm running mandrake 10.0 When I try to download rpms to my disk, i get the following error
Access denied
Could not write to /home/<username>/RPMs/<filename>.part
However if I choose to open the rpm with software installer it gives me no problem. In fact at that point it gives me the option of installing or saving to file, and then I can save it to file. How would I be able to save it to file directly without it downloading first to a temp directory? Any help is appreciated
I am logged on as root in a console, but I dont think that would effect my konqueror downloads would it? I dont get a mssg asking me to login as root while downloading either
Hoping for help
