Red face About Proftpd

Hi here is the my virtualhost tag for proftpd

<VirtualHost ftp.mikronetworks.local>
ServerName "Foo1 FTP Server"
TransferLog /var/ftp/ftp.mikronetworks.local
MaxLoginAttempts 3
RequireValidShell no
DefaultRoot /www/docs/mikronetworks/web
User mikro
Group mikro
AllowOverwrite yes

I did created user like that : useradd -s /bin/false mikro
and also gave a passwd for mikro user.

In Bind I also defined ftp.mikroneteorks.local, i can get dig command successfull when make a search for ftp.mikronetworks.local..

But however I did not manage to login with user mikro to ftp service ..?

Do you have any ideaa?? thanks
