About pointer signedness warnings

Can anyone tell how bad are these signedness warnings? I am trying to compile php5.1.6 and my configure was ok but make showed up all these warnings I have no idea what they mean. Does it mean my php is going to have problems? how do I fix that? thanks

What is the warning message exactly? I'm guessing you'll be fine, but I'd like to see what it is actually complaining about first.

Thanks for replying but I ignored them completely and everything turned out just fine. There was too many to count or put here but basically said that a pointer had a different signedness. I'm just curious about what that means.
