AbiWord, mark revisions, compatable with MS Word?

I have AbiWord 2.6.4. I see a feature called "Mark revisions". Is this compatable with the similar feature in MS Word? If I save the file as a DOC can the changes be properly shown in MS Word?

I can't test it myself, as I have no Windows computer.
