A/V out-of-sync while convert a rmvb to flv using mencoder

i converted a rmvb file to a flv file using mencoder. the commmand line is :

mencoder 223.rmvb -o 223.flv -ofps $frame_rate -of lavf -ovc lavc -oac lavc -lavcopts vcodec=flv:vbitrate=800:autoaspect:cbp:mbd=2:mv0:trell:v4mv:cbp:last_pred=3redia=2:dia=2recmp=2: cmp=2:subcmp=2reme=2:turbo:acodec=mp2:abitrate=56 -lavfopts i_certify_that_my_video_stream_does_not_use_b_frames -mc 0 -noskip

the variable $frame_rate is the real frame_rate(total frames/total seconds) of the 223.rmvb, i playback the 223.flv after the command was done but found that A/V out-of-sync. it is perhaps because the rmvb is "variable bit rate", yes ?

I wanna correct the problem,eagerly

Can you give me a hand? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
