A standalone javascript interpreter

I want a standalone javascript interpreter, some way to fetch a bunch of information from a website that only makes it available through javascript. Non-X would be a bonus.

PhantomJS looks good. I had already found Rhino and was trying that out.

I'm trying to fetch all the property records for my condominium association; the assessor used to use a different method of making that available dynamically I could automate with lynx. Now it's a bunch of javascripts embedded in the page, not a discrete .js. The scripts don't have names; I guess they must execute in the order encountered. I don't see how to automate that: is there an example I could inspect?
