A program that will stop me going over my download limit

I keep getting warnings from the broadband providor that i'm going over the download limit and they will charge me and I was wondering if there where any apps that would monitor how much I was downloading, and warn we when I have downloaded a certain amount each day.

My biggest problem atm is watching Michael Jackson vids on utube

Thanks in advance

Videos of Michael Jackson didn't change in the least, even now he is deceased. They were they same last month an will be the same next month. Have a look at MRTG, jnettop and google.
