A little help configuring mplayer.

hi i want to edit ~/.mplayer/config file so that the audio driver by default is alsa:dmixer. i did cat ~/.mplayer/config it just says "write your own default configs here" Most config files i've edited have been set up so i've only had to go in and edit an option or two. would i just write default= mplayer -ao asla:dmixer?

no, you'd enter "ao = alsa:dmixer"
