A lightweight comment system / micro forum?
I have a wordpress blog. I would like to host it myself on a smallest I can get sever, which is going to be quite underpowered. The system is most likely to be a wordpress that outputs static HTML synced via SSH with the sever from my workstation. But how about interaction? I need something to take into account comments. I don't need any cookies or tracking features simply because I don't have a use for tracking users and comments. All I need is a queue waiting to be apoved. It sounds pretty much like wordpress, but it sounds like too heavy on the resources in the end.
Do you have any idea for a blog that is text only and that has to accept comments, even quite a lot of spam lately. |
It almost sounds as if you are looking for BBS-like software.
