OK, I found a way for doing the test, at least for the real-codecs.
I downloaded a .rm file
I tried to play it with the 64-bit mplayer (the 32-bit real-coded installed).
I could hear the sound, but I couldn't see the video.
Then I uninstalled the 64-bit mplayer, and I installed the 32-bit one. I didn't touch the real-codecs.
Now I could play the .rm file perfectly.
Hence I know that my real-codecs are working with the 32-bit version, but not with the 64-bit one.
Now, the question becomes:
Is it a configuration problem, or, simply, it is impossible for them to work with the 64-bit mplayer?
