421 Service not available error, ProFTPd (SuSE 9.1)
 

Hi again

I've installed ProFTPd with out any problems on my suse box, and tried the basic.conf. However, I'm getting the following message when I do ftp localhost:

421 Service not available, remove service has closed connection.

Is this something in the config?

I've checked with netstat -al |grep ftp to see whether its running, and it is.

Please help!
