3D effects in Xubuntu (guest on VirtualBox)

I have Xubuntu 9.10 set up as a guest on VirtualBox. My host OS is Fedora 12. I have enabled the 3D acceleration option while I set up Xubuntu. I want to know how to set up 3D desktop effects and / or compiz on the guest OS. I would appreciate it if someone could help me out on this.

*Make sure you have the VirtualBox guest additions installed (inside VB).
*Enable 3D acceleration under "Settings" => "Display" (before booting your guest).
*Enable 3D in your guest as usual.
