Hello, I'm a relatively new user of red hat 9 and I finally got it to install right on my other computer yesterday. I have been having problems with getting the onboard gigabit lan running correctly on my asus p4p800 deluxe. I copied the linux drivers to the home directory and followed all the directions exactly how they were put, and it said the drivers were loaded and I saw in the network devices control that the connection was active, but it would not respond when attempting to load mozilla or anything else internet based. I tried logging off and back on, rebooting the computer, deactivating and reactivating the connection, nothing worked. I'm running rh9 on this computer right now and the internet is working perfectly and I even set my other computer up exactly how this one is, with the same hardware and all, and it didn't do anything. Has anyone had this problem and know of any way to fix it? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
