2 versions of php?

For testing purposes, would it be possible to install both PHP4 and PHP5? I'm not sure if Apache would allow the loading of more than one php module. I was thinking of using different extensions, like .php4 or .php5, but would this be possible?

As far as I know you can only install one version. But let me know as I'm not really sure.
