~/.Xdefaults-localhost.localdomain not found

Whenever I try to run any KDE-based app, I get an error saying "Floating point exception." After learning about the wonders of the strace command, I tried using it to start Amarok. The error that halts the program is this:
Code:
open("/home/me/.Xdefaults-localhost.localdomain", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
So can anyone either tell me how to regenerate this file or if you're using Fedora Core 6, give me the contents of the file?
